Jerome O'Connell
Partner Attorney
Jerome is an attorney and a managing partner of Lilley & O’Connell, P.A. His practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic loss, insurance bad faith, and complex injury lawsuits.
An experienced civil litigation attorney, Jerome has successfully tried over 25 cases in front of judges and juries across New Mexico’s federal and state court systems. His legal career has been dedicated to assisting people and families who have endured injuries or have died and helping them navigate the aftermath of such loss. Jerome has successfully resolved hundreds of complex, lawsuits and civil claims during his career and understands that the monetary compensation associated with trial verdicts or compromise settlements are only a part of a person’s journey and he continually works with his clients and their caregivers to help ensure they are successful on their journey after their case resolves.
Residing in Las Cruces for over 20 years with his wife, Erin, along with their three young children, Jerome and his family are frequently found together hiking, running, and walking the trails of Southern New Mexico from Las Cruces to Ruidoso.
